BRAYT offers convenient returns and exchange policy.
Products purchased from BRAYT can be exchanged or returned in 30 days upon producing the original receipt, provided the products are in original condition. Returns must be unworn, unused and undamaged, and in the original packaging & invoice. Damaged Box or shoes will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchange will be applicable against the products which are available in the stock. Difference in price value will be charged at the time of exchange of products.
No exchange or refund will be applicable on SALE products.
Exchange can only be made once sales period ends. Exchange for Sales items will be applicable on size and colors only.
The decision of the Company will be considered final in all situations.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. You will be given a voucher of your payment after deduction of all charge . The voucher is can be used on all brayt products.
Refund on international orders may take up-to 21 days or more depending on our banking partner .

All exchange items shall be charged only the shipping charges. If customers take any other product other than they have ordered they shall have to pay difference amount and exchange shipping charges
Maintenance Policy
To apply for maintenance please send your product to our warehouse and brayt will try to fix the product with the accessories it has and will send a fresh product back . customer will have to pay for the shipment when its done and sent back .
